The practice turned over in excess of £100K per year for the last 3 years with a net profit of over £60K. The current owner works 3.5 days per week, not including weekends.
The practice is located in an attractively converted barn on a working farm, set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The towns of Halesworth and Southwold are nearby. The nearest chiropractor is 30 minutes drive.
The clinic is a family orientated practice. Seeing people of all ages and in some cases three generations of clients. There are approximately 1500 clients on the database with a core of 35% maintenance. 66% of treatments are maintenance.
There is one efficient, conscientious and very reliable full time CA and one trained CA for holiday and illness cover.

Most of the current new clients are word of mouth. There is very little spent on marketing. Good relations are held with local G.P.'s.
