The current owners juggle between 2 clinics, and one has developed a health issue, so we have decided to concentrate on one clinic and the family.
The Premises
The practice is situated in an attractive double fronted Victorian building. We have also considered that a buyer could part buy / part rent building if necessary for a period of time.

The figures
The turnover of this practice for 2010 was £113,000, average £2,400 per week excluding holiday weeks. Proft approx £61,000 for 2010.
The area
The practice is located in a small town in mid-Kent (garden of England) nr Tonbridge. There is a main line in the village directly to London 40 mins, or you can go to Paris via Eurostar from Ashford nearby. The village has good facilities including 3 banks, library, post office, 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, Costa, bakers, butchers and 2 popular schools within walking distance, one primary school, one senior school, and 2 parks, making it is a good family area.
In 2010 there were 208 new patients (ave. 4 per week)( 40 ROP, 3,839 treatments which is approx 80 per week over a 47 week year. There are currently 1,540 patients on file.
The staff
We have a manageress who had had considerable management training, and 1 other good CA.
Other renters
We have a well established and highly trained acupuncturist, reiki, reflexology, and an
independent office renter who is not involved with treatments.
Potential
There is huge potential for a high flying chiropractor and no limit to capacity due to building size. We have a strong internal referral system, and get 60% of our patients from referral.
