PATIENT PROFILE


Patient base is well-educated and loyal, many have been patients for 2+ years.  Around 50% of the practice is on wellness care.  These patients cover operating costs.  Practice is 100% cash.  We average 65-70 patient visits per week and 14 new patients a month on a 22 hour work week.  Office is closed on Fridays for extended weekend.  Principal had 7 weeks vacation last year.

THE PREMISES


The office is open plan, consisting of waiting area and adjusting area.  Plans are in place to add a doctor's office/consult room by end of summer.
