The Clinic
This successful, friendly family practice was established in Emsworth in 2001 by chiropractor Sheila Stakim and her husband, Tommy who manages it. The clinic was moved to its current position in July 2007. The owners completely refurbished the new premises. They have redecorated internally and externally, and had high quality, durable Amtico flooring laid throughout. New double-glazed windows were also fitted. A new computer&printer was installed in April 2009. The clinic is light, bright and attractive.

The Area
Emsworth is in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of Chichester Harbour nature reserve. The South Downs National Park is a few miles to the north. The town is an extremely attractive fishing village which has grown over recent years. It is a particularly favourite place for sailing. There is an excellent choice of small shops selling local, organic produce as well as many fine pubs and restaurants. The local amenities including doctors, dentists, banks, solicitors and supermarket are all within five minutes walk of the clinic.The clinic is well known within this close-knit community.
Clinic Location
The clinic is situated on a busy main road in the town centre of Emsworth. It is three minutes walk to to train station with rail links to London, Brighton, Portsmouth and Southampton. The bus stops are within 50 metres. There is a large public car park, also within 50 metres. It is the only chiropractic clinic in Emsworth.
The patients
The owners have developed a friendly, family practice seeing babies, children, adults and the elderly. Once they have discovered chiropractic, patients are encouraged to bring their whole family. Over 2,000 patients in total have been seen at the clinic.At the moment, the owner sees aound 300 patients a month working approximately 25 hours per week. There is potential to theoretically double the workload within the existing setup.

The owners own the freehold of the building, which is also for sale with the clinic. However, they are willing to lease it to the new owners for up to 5 years if necessary. Term are negotiable.
