Career in a nutshell - left school with one CSE and 10 years later qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Director and Shareholder of Kelsall Steele Ltd, one of the largest firms of independent Chartered Accountants in the South West. As well as a solid understanding of all accounting issues Mike recognises the need to effectively communicate that information to his clients. This is done in a number of ways, not least of which is approaching assignments as a team player rather than external advisor. Qualified as a Master in Neuro Linguistic Programming in 2005, invited to be listed in Who's Who 2007.

The best thing I have ever done - probably watch Cornwall win the County rugby final at Twickenham with 40,000 other ecstatic Cornish people followed by a night of endless singing and drinking beer

Life outside work - kitesurfing, gig rowing and any form of boating. Some beer.
